Vitamin C Balancing Toner

 

Restore Ph, shrink pores, & refresh. This soothing toner is infused with the anti-inflammatory power of Chamomile, Witch Hazel, Green Tea, & Aloe Vera. It gently restores the skin’s acid-alkaline ratio to safeguard against dryness & acne, while the natural blend of plant extracts, & antioxidants, gives the skin a nourishing boost.

 

Even the most stressed and damaged skin is given a vital infusion that visibly diminishes discoloration, hydrates, and renews the skin.

 

 

 

How to use

Apply a bit of the product to the skin with a cotton pad after cleansing. For best results, use in conjunction with other NeoLumo products.

Caution: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of the reach of children.
